30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Software Downloads: Digital software products and downloadable files are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed
- App Store Purchases: Applications purchased through external app stores (iOS App Store, Google Play, etc.) are subject to the respective store's refund policy
- Custom Quote Items: Products that were custom-built, modified, or configured specifically for your order based on a custom quote
- Used or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components
- Items Without Original Packaging: Products returned without their original packaging and all included accessories
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at our contact page or email us at support@darkdragonsastro.com
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Shipping Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the product. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Waived Restocking Fee: The restocking fee is waived for returns due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Please note that products covered under our warranty policy may be eligible for repair or replacement rather than a return.
