Get Up and Running—With the People Who Built It

Every DDA system is designed for straightforward installation. But if you need help, you're not calling a support center—you're talking directly to Rick and Jeff, the engineers who designed and built your equipment.

Remote Support

Most DDA customers install their own systems with our remote guidance. We're with you every step of the way.

Clear installation guides and wiring diagrams for every product

Our equipment is designed to be owner-installed. You don't need to be an electrician or programmer—just comfortable with basic tools and following instructions. And when you hit a snag, we're a message away.

On-Site Installation

For larger projects, institutional installations, or situations where you'd rather have us handle it, we offer on-site installation services.

Rick and Jeff have personally installed DDA systems from New York to New Mexico—university domes, commercial hosting facilities, and private observatories. We'll work with you to schedule a visit, handle the installation, and make sure you're comfortable operating your system before we leave.

On-site installation includes:

  • Complete system installation and wiring
  • Integration with your existing equipment
  • Configuration and testing
  • Hands-on training for you and your team
  • Post-installation support
New Mexico Installation Partner
If you're located in the New Mexico dark-sky corridor, we have a local option for you.

Henson Industries in Datil, NM is our authorized installation partner. They've installed DDA systems at multiple facilities and can handle approximately 90% of our product line. Their service area covers throughout the New Mexico dark-sky region—including many of the remote hosting sites and private observatories in the area.

For installations in the New Mexico area, contact us and we'll coordinate with Henson Industries on your behalf.

Why It Works This Way

We're a small company—two founders who still design, build, and ship every system ourselves. That means you're not getting handed off to a call center or waiting in a ticket queue. When you reach out, you're talking to the people who actually know your equipment inside and out.

It also means we're selective about on-site work. We want to make sure every installation gets the time and attention it deserves. For most setups, remote support is all you'll need. For larger or more complex projects, we'll find a way to make on-site work happen.
